Job Overview

The role of an Audit Supervisor entails overseeing monthly financial statement reviews, providing support to finance teams on regulatory requirements and audit documentation, and facilitating communication with legal, compliance, and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements for accuracy and adherence to regulations;
  • Offer assistance to finance teams in navigating regulatory requirements and creating audit documentation;
  • Establish effective communication channels with legal, compliance, and external auditors to ensure seamless audits;
  • Lead complex cross-border audits, including those related to CAS, IFRS, and US GAAP, as well as IPO audit processes;
  • Manage intricate equity incentive and ECL calculations;
  • Provide expert advice on IFRS-based tax compliance and annual adjustments;
  • Develop optimized audit workflows for multinational subsidiaries;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry;
  • Master's degree in any discipline;
  • Internal audit or PSP industry experience is highly desirable;
  • Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to interpret financial data and regulatory requirements;
  • Proficiency in business Chinese for effective communication with stakeholders in China.
