Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to gas, crude, and products trading.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating our ongoing compliance activities, monitoring regulatory changes, and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with our trading activities.

You will also be responsible for analyzing the impact of new transactions and products on our compliance processes, as well as developing and maintaining compliance plans, policies, and procedures.

A critical aspect of this role is staying up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations and implementing new monitoring and surveillance techniques as needed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all operational compliance tools are in place, including policies and procedures, R&R charts, and regulatory compliance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on information systems, accounting, or finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk compliance in energy commodities
  • Compliance experience in futures, financial, and physical commodities trading
  • Working knowledge of commodity regulations/reporting
  • Experience with risk management tools with emphasis on commodities regulatory environment
