Beauty Centre Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the beauty centre. This includes managing schedules, staffing, and client services to ensure exceptional customer experience.
You will supervise, train, and motivate a talented team of beauticians, therapists, and receptionists to deliver outstanding service quality and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing product ordering, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
You will also handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care, develop and implement marketing strategies, and track sales and service performance to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a beauty, spa, or wellness centre.
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
