About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Project Officer for the NIE Science Demonstration Classroom (SDC) project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing interactive science demonstrations and exhibits that enhance student learning outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement science demonstrations and exhibits that meet the needs of teachers and students.">
  • Collaborate with instructors to design and implement effective science demonstration sessions.">
  • Manage and maintain demonstration materials, including procurement and inventory control.">
  • Establish and maintain relationships with teachers and students through effective communication and website management.">
  • Perform other project management tasks as assigned by project team members.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science or education.">
  • Background in physics and experience working in science classrooms is preferred.">
  • Skills in using Generative AI, including developing customised chatbots.">
  • Ability to establish and manage websites.">
  • Strong communication, organisational, writing, and proofreading skills.">
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.">
  • Proactive and able to work independently.">
  • A good team player.">
