About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our Greater China team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in defining and amplifying the Stripe story, connecting our products with users, and driving growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of product marketing priorities across sales and marketing to drive growth with cross-border businesses from Greater China.
- Develop and maintain tailored value propositions and narrative messaging that resonate with local users.
- Drive high-quality launches and adoption of products by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Enable the efficiency and productivity of our sellers in the region through knowledge transfers and market-specific content.
- Partner with country marketing teams to deliver relevant content programs and integrated marketing campaigns.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing and/or sales, with prior product marketing experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in business Mandarin essential for customer engagements.
- Proven track record in a global tech company working with cross-border businesses expanding globally from China, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Focused on results, balancing customer needs and business goals to propose ambitious growth strategies.
- Good leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and progress towards impactful outcomes with limited resources.
At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of S$208,700 - S$313,100, as well as equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. This role will require regular business travel to China and Hong Kong.
We're committed to creating a hybrid work environment that balances in-person collaboration and flexibility. Our office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.
