About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team in the Greater China region. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client portfolio and nurturing client relationships throughout their subscription lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage our client portfolio in the Greater China region, working closely with Sales Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and identifying opportunities to add value to their decision-making process.
  • Client Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback to work closely with cross-functional teams on collaboration or engagement activities towards client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Activity and Account Status: Maintain records of client activity and account status, including regular reporting on client portfolio.
  • Ad-Hoc Marketing Support: Support on ad-hoc marketing activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed university degree.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Client-centric and eager to build strong, meaningful partnerships with clients.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of client-facing role in Greater China (e.g. Account Management, Client Success or Client Service) will be an advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with clients from diverse industries or syndicated research will be an added advantage.
  • Passion for Client Success: Genuine passion for helping clients succeed, proactive in understanding clients' business and strong intellectual curiosity for market or industry trends and development.
  • Organizational Skills: Detailed-oriented and well-organized in your workflows - ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently for the client portfolio you're responsible for.
  • Team Player: Self-motivated and proactive team player who values collaboration and collective success.
  • Desire for Growth: Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business.
