Job Title: Assistant Director, Client Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director, Client Success to join our team at MCI Global. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a portfolio of medium to large-scale accounts with a gross margin ranging from $500K to $2M+. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Foster strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales and solutions teams to secure new deals.
  • Oversee and regulate the sales tracking process for the team, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage and oversee administrative processes for the team, including CRM and Accelo.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategy.

  • Maintaining a commitment to building long-term positive relationships with clients.
  • Stellar communication and written skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address client challenges and the capacity to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and revenue growth and the ability to track and measure key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
