Investment Team Member

The primary focus of this role is to assist the Investment team in managing the end-to-end investment process, from underwriting potential investment opportunities to transactions management and deal conclusion with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring data centre assets in Asia Pacific and Europe;
  • Conducting financial modelling to assess/acquire properties;
  • Preparing financial analysis for key stakeholders;
  • Coordinating legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence;
  • Reviewing transaction documents and preparing reports on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a reputable university;
  • Prior experience in investment management/asset management;
  • Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills;
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
