Job Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Management Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in asset management and develop your skills in financial and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the team to work on related asset management initiatives.
  • Conduct data centre research, analysis, and financial modelling with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyze asset-related metrics.
  • Assist with ad-hoc asset management tasks.

Learning Outcomes:

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into the operation of data centres and other technological sectors. You will develop experience in financial and operational management, participate in the management of assets under our portfolio, and gain exposure to stakeholder management and vendor relations.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Interest in exploring a career in asset management.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
