Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a professional, organized and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our company.
  • This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
