Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
Job Description:
- We are looking for a professional, organized and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our company.
- This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
Benefits:
