The HR cum Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources and administrative functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Support recruitment processes, encompassing job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR system.
- Monitor staff attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Promote employee growth and development through training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
