We are seeking an experienced and skilled real estate acquisitions specialist to join our team.

As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist at our fast-growing firm, your primary focus will be on acquiring distressed, off-and-on market, and undervalued properties across the country.

We specialize in finding creative solutions and building win-win deals, whether it's probate, pre-foreclosure, or motivated seller scenarios. We value integrity, move swiftly, and reward results, providing you with the opportunity to break into real estate investing or elevate your career in acquisitions.

  • Sourcing: Identify and source motivated seller leads, agents, and wholesalers.
  • Screening and Qualifying: Evaluate property conditions, run preliminary comps, and negotiate purchase agreements.
  • Client Relationships: Build rapport with property owners and agents, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and has a basic understanding of numbers, comps, and property evaluations.
