Job Description

The role of Retail Deployment Manager is a collaborative and influential position that requires deep levels of cooperation and effective working relationships.

The incumbent will partner with regional and country teams, as well as external partner stakeholders to ensure the deployment of channel programs under their management are executed effectively and in line with requirements.

This includes developing and managing multiple concurrent merchandising and retail programs throughout their lifecycle; including retailer negotiations, design, budget management, supplier liaison and execution.

Additional responsibilities include proactive management of changes in project scope, identifying potential risks, creatively solving problems and executing flawlessly program deliverables.

High-level planning, tracking and management reporting associated with store roll-outs and forward deployments of stores are also key aspects of the role.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in retail sales and merchandising.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Pages/Word, and Excel.
