Deployment Manager Job

As a Deployment Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business by deploying channel programs effectively and in line with sales strategy requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with WW, regional, and country teams, as well as external partner stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of channel programs.
  • Develop and manage multiple concurrent merchandising and retail programs throughout their lifecycle, including retailer negotiations, design, budget management, supplier liaison, and execution.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and creatively solve problems to execute program deliverables flawlessly.
  • High-level planning, tracking, and management reporting associated with store roll-outs and forward deployments of stores are also important aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in retail marketing or similar experience leading across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Pages/Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen, commercial competences, and experience working with distributors, retailers, and resellers.
  • Keen eye for current retail technology trends, merchandising trends, and in-store opportunities.
  • Tried and tested ability to handle lead and coordinate site managers, sub-contractors, vendors, and all associated resources involved in project delivery.
