Strategic AI Adoption Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud-based technology deployments and a proven track record of leading successful enterprise-level projects. They will be responsible for the strategic solutioning and oversight of AI-powered agent deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer infrastructure.

As a trusted advisor, they will serve as the primary front-facing contact for AI deployments, building and nurturing strong relationships with C-suite executives and key customer stakeholders. They will be instrumental in addressing organisational readiness for AI adoption, guiding customers through necessary changes to maximise their investment.

The Strategic AI Adoption Specialist will lead discussions around Agentic AI strategy and roadmapping for customers. They will drive the adoption of foundational Responsible AI principles, including risk mitigation, bias and toxicity testing, and the setup of robust guardrails to ensure ethical and safe AI usage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Solutioning & Design Leadership: Lead the analysis and strategic design of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments.
  • Deployment Ownership & Program Management: Provide comprehensive oversight for the successful deployment of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer infrastructure.
  • Executive Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary front-facing contact for AI deployments, building and nurturing strong relationships with C-suite executives and key customer stakeholders.
  • Ai Strategy & Responsible Ai: Lead discussions around Agentic AI strategy and roadmapping for customers.
  • Facilitation & Workshop Leadership: Design and lead interactive facilitation and workshopping sessions to collaboratively define optimal AI solutions and drive alignment across customer teams.
