Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Director to lead our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating closely with our moving and logistics teams.

The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, including storage, packing, dispatch, and receipt of goods. They will manage and monitor the movement of inventory for clients, implementing efficient warehouse layout and handling systems to optimize space and flow.

The Logistics Operations Director will coordinate with the moving team to align warehouse schedules with customer relocation timelines. They will also ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards across all operations, leading, training, and supervising warehouse and logistics staff.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. A minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial experience is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree or above.
