**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and optimize daily operations across international freight forwarding (air & sea) and domestic/international road transport;
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant cargo movement from origin to destination;
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness;
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and address performance gaps;
- Manage and evaluate logistics service providers and partners to ensure high service standards and compliance;
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and propose improvements accordingly;
- Build and mentor the operations team, ensuring strong performance management and talent development.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 **years of experience**in freight forwarding or road transport operations, with at least **3 years in a leadership role**;
- Strong knowledge of international trade terms (INCOTERMS), customs clearance, transportation regulations, and documentation;
- Proficient in logistics and transportation management systems (TMS), and other relevant tools;
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
