Transforming Corporate Banking with Expert Analysis

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support the overhaul of our Corporate Digital Banking platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners to define and document functional requirements, work closely with UX designers to shape user experience and system design for corporate customer journeys, and liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical design.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to the transformation of our Corporate Digital Banking platform. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments and be proficient in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities
- Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that reflect the needs of corporate clients
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet business banking usability standards
- Liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical design
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Business Analyst preferably on digital platforms, with at least 2 years in corporate or business banking domain
- Familiarity with digital platforms offering transactional banking, user access management, trade services, or payment workflows for business clients
- Strong skills in writing user stories, process maps, and functional documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
