As a senior corporate banking expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the bank's future-state lending landscape. This involves leading the corporate lending functional stream within the transformation program, focusing on FIS ACBS implementation.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of domain expertise, hands-on ACBS experience, and program coordination capabilities. Key responsibilities include defining target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle, ensuring process designs align with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.

You will translate corporate banking requirements into functional ACBS configurations and specifications, perform gap analysis between current-state processes and ACBS capabilities, and collaborate with vendors, IT, and integration teams to validate solutions.

Additional responsibilities include tracking workstream deliverables, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution, supporting program governance through regular updates, and preparing decision papers for steering committees.

This role requires partnership with stakeholders across corporate banking, risk, compliance, operations, and finance to align on requirements, facilitating workshops and decision forums to capture business needs, and acting as the trusted SME for ACBS and corporate lending transformation.

Experience with core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration, is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to influence senior business and technology leaders, making this a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation in the financial services industry.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking within the Financial Services industry, with a focus on lending and syndicated loans
  • Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support)
  • At least 3 years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
