Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at The Edge Partnership. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with stakeholders on resource planning and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Advice: Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters, including resource planning and talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with the broader HR team on delivery of HR services and programmes, and participate in HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Support assigned business divisions in talent acquisition and management, ensuring that the right talent is in place to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree qualified with 8 to 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organisations.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices, as well as strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity, a self-starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn.
