Job Title: Enterprise Banking IT Project Leader

As an Enterprise Banking IT Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Your expertise in managing multiple stakeholders, scope changes, and risk mitigation will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, analyzing proposals to meet schedule objectives.
  • Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and activities, working collaboratively with teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, escalating conflicts or expectations while maintaining a collaborative environment.
  • Review and assess all changes, impacting timeline, and ensure approval by the Steering Committee.
  • Prepare investment approval decks and manage project approvals through meetings.
  • Implement change management strategies, including agile delivery to quarterly releases as a project leader.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in banking channels, APIs, internet banking, mobile, and knowledge.
  • Prince2 methodology, Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, Business Acumen, Agile, SDLC, Risk Management, Information Technology, Delivery, Services, Software Development.
