We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Banking Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, growing and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise customers within acceptable risk parameters.
- Generate new business by identifying prospects and converting them in line with the bank's appetite.
- Formulate account plans to provide clients with needs-based solutions and structure appropriate credit facilities.
- Build trusted client relationships by maintaining a portfolio of active and growing customers.
- Market and sell a broad range of products including Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management and Wealth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients.
- Excellent financial analysis skills and ability to assess client credit worthiness and key risk considerations/mitigations.
- Sound product knowledge on Trade, Cash Management, Lending and FX.
