Key Responsibilities">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for our food delivery business.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on increasing profitability, gross merchandise value, and delivery volumes.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across our verticals such as payments, advertising, and logistics.
  • Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
  • Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants.
