Job Overview

The Executive Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base at Far East Organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization professionally by maintaining exceptional grooming standards.
  • Promote our products and services effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through regular site inspections and targeted sales calls.
  • Collaborate with the team to update sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Present quarterly account portfolios and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Manage corporate meetings, events, and travel trade accounts for maximum ROI.
  • Provide timely and insightful sales and marketing data to senior management.
  • Solicit new accounts and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Re-secure lost accounts through proactive relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Follow up on outstanding client payments to maintain a positive cash flow.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as additional benefits and perks.
