Administrative Operations and Financial Processes Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations and Financial Processes Manager to join our team at MALCA-AMIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both administrative operations and financial processes, ensuring efficient and effective office operations. This includes managing office supplies, facilities coordination, and overall office organization.

In addition to administrative duties, the ideal candidate will also oversee financial processes, including payment requests, supplier costs, and financial tracking.

We are offering a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administrative team to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  • Oversee and approve payment requests for overseas stations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts.
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage office safety, security, and housekeeping to maintain a professional, healthy work environment.
  • Organize and oversee the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

We require a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, as well as proven experience in managing both administrative operations and financial processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology integration.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
