Administrative and Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at RMR International Private Limited.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management;
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail;
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases;
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings;
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable;
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner;
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
- Manage payroll processing, including timesheet verification and salary disbursement;
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements;
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry;
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and payroll processing;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
