Job Title:
Regional Service Manager

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Service Manager to oversee the delivery of regional services and support business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing regional service operations, ensuring timely solutions and project delivery, and coordinating activities according to agreed timelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control IT service management processes

Act as problem owner or service management process manager, advising management on service management processes and planning to maintain and improve service delivery to the business. You will also advise on innovations and how to improve customer satisfaction, aligning IT services to changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to support business processes.

Requirements:
Minimal Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, with five years of experience in an IT delivery function. A continuous high level of delivery of IT services and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Key Skills:
Build and maintain contacts with stakeholders and end users to keep a clear focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage and control contract financials, initiating cost efficiencies (savings), and implement the global sourcing strategy of Global IT and Procurement. Budget control and advice management on yearly budgets are also required.
