**Job Scope (Purpose)**

Regional Service Delivery lead operational excellence and safe working environment. This role is responsible for strategy to reduce cycle times, and overall fulfillment of spares and O&R in the region.

**Accountabilities**
- Lead safety culture
- Responsible for DLS KPIs in the region
- Lead cross functional teams
- Responsible for Spares and O&R revenue in the region
- Responsible for cost-effective Spares and O&R activities
- Responsible for Spares and O&R cycle times
- Responsible for building and maintaining regional capacity for spares, overhaul and repair
- Responsible for channel partners and vendors in the region
- Responsible for Install based in the region
- Interface regularly with Product Family Leaders to review maintenance strategy, feedback for improvements, and reliability
- Lead cross-functional rigor, alignment for long term operational excellence
- Responsible for after-action-reviews and continuous improvement plan.
- Responsible for risk management
- Drive Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process in the region

**Qualifications/requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience in a field services position)
- 4+ years of Oil and gas Operation Management experience
- 10+ years Oil Industry experience
- Well Control System operational background and experience

**Desired Characteristics**
- Engineering degree preferred, or commensurate working and professional experience
- Track record of identifying, developing and executing business critical initiatives and strategies
- Possesses strong passion for ensuring voice of customer is included in solutions.
- Strong clear-thinking abilities and ability to communicate effectively with customers, Field Service personnel and different functions within HMH Organization.
- Strong knowledge on HMH Pressure Control Systems
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally.
