Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our regional service delivery efforts. Reporting to the Global Service Delivery Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and cost-effective provision of IT services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery outcomes of Infrastructure Services provider.
  • Ensure McCormick's IT services are provided in accordance with service levels agreed with business leaders.
  • Oversee Service Provider engagement and resources in region.
  • Enable deployment of new IT services and extension of existing ones in an anticipatory manner that aligns with organizational structure.
  • Assist in establishing global IT organizational goals & objectives and development/deployment of strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or at least 15 years total experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience including ITIL, Service Delivery, design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
  • Ability to analyze emerging trends and technologies and make recommendations for investing in new technologies to promote competitiveness.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage/work with managed service providers.
