Regional Service Delivery Lead

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape regional strategy and drive operational excellence in a dynamic data center environment.
The Regional Service Delivery Lead will oversee daily sales operations, streamline workflows, and support forecasting and reporting. They will also direct regional projects, optimize resources, and ensure profitability. Additionally, this leader will act as a key liaison across departments, driving resource planning and cross-functional alignment.
Key responsibilities include leading service delivery teams across APAC, ensuring high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance of data center infrastructure and systems while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will also oversee accounts receivable and payable processes in collaboration with finance.
About the Role- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Mentor teams, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Direct regional projects, optimize resources, and ensure profitability.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, service delivery, or project management with a proven track record of success in mission-critical projects or data center/telecommunications projects.
- Engineering background is highly preferred, with adaptability to work in a start-up, lean & agile environment.
