Job Opportunity: Italian Culinary Expert

As a Chef de Partie in our establishment, you will be an integral part of this culinary world, responsible for preparing and presenting exquisite dishes that delight the senses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including preparing pizzas and pastas from scratch.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and preparation of each food served.
  • Prepare mise-en-place for kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.
  • Maintain and upkeep of kitchen machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Facilitate ordering and receiving of inventory, managing stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure that the team complies with health and safety regulations during food preparation, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1).
  • Good understanding of ingredient preparation and storage, ensuring optimal flavor and texture.
  • Excellent attitude towards learning, with a willingness to adapt to new recipes and techniques.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and pride in their work, consistently delivering high-quality results.
