Job Summary

This is a key role for the overall success of our service business in APAC, focusing on customer satisfaction and regional growth.

The Regional Service Leader will oversee planning and budgeting of service resources to meet customer expectations and deliver services efficiently.

  • Responsibilities include strategic, business, and operational management to drive revenue generation, improve ROPI metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • A customer-centric approach, advocating for regional needs within the global organization, and developing a high-performing team are required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A university degree or technical vocational degree.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar technology field, including at least 3 years in a management position.
  • Proven experience in regional exposure, preferably in China, India, Korea, Japan, and Europe.
  • Strong command of oral and written English, with willingness to travel.

Key qualifications:

  • Experience in PC operating systems, Microsoft Windows, and office programs.
