IT Director Regional Service Delivery

Join us on our quest to make every meal and moment better by delivering the highest quality IT services that meet the needs of our customers. As an IT Director Regional Service Delivery, you will be responsible for providing regional leadership for all IT service delivery matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT services/solutions in accordance with service levels agreed with business units and business function leadership.
  • Manage service delivery outcomes of infrastructure services provider.
  • Manage and direct third-party providers and measure against their respective SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or at least 15 years of total experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience including ITIL, service delivery, design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing an infrastructure managed service provider or IT partner.
  • At least 5 years of global or international leadership experience in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders in multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other graduate degree.
