**Overview of job**
In this role, you will drive the delivery of clients’ non-biddable needs and operational excellence in campaign activation across the organisation. This encompasses TV, print, radio, out of home and non-biddable digital.
Reflecting evolving client requirements, this is a new position which will drive best practice and operational excellence across the channel disciplines. Leading local market non-biddable teams you will help build the community by supporting key areas including operational excellence in campaign management, development & rollout of automation technologies, identify the opportunity for offshoring of key tasks within the local market teams and training & development of the non-biddable teams
Stakeholder management and engagement with key internal and external partners will be a required to ensure Services are aligned to client needs.
This role can be based out of any of the exciting countries within the region, so you don’t even have to move for it
**Reporting of the role**
You will be a key leader at GroupM Services, reporting to the Head of Regional GM Services.

**In this role, your goals will be**:**
**In three months you will have**:
- Reviewed the GroupM Services non-biddable operations and prepared regular analysis & reporting on the performance metrics for the non-Biddable delivery team
- Conducted a 90-day review to review progress achievements and identify short term gaps
- Developed an understanding of GroupM suite of tools and products, external data sources and how they can impact more effectively in delivering campaign excellence
- Reviewed automation and offshoring opportunities
- Built a framework for operational excellence in key channels
**In six months**:
- Working across GroupM organization including agencies, built a level of trust through engagement and active listening, ensuring proactive strategies to identify, pre-empt, and address needs, queries and concerns
- A thorough understanding of the non-Biddable team’s operations and processes and provided feedback to the Regional Process Team on areas of improvement
- Rolled out first stage elements of automation, offshoring and excellence programmes
- Cascaded KPIs and SMART goals that are aligned to stakeholders needs
**In 12 months**:
- Deployed scaled solutions for automation, offshoring and excellence programmes
- Worked with internal and external stakeholders to onboard regionally and locally developed campaign stewardship processes with mínimal disruption or downtime.
Built strong relationships across internal stakeholders, external vendors, and key clients.
- Taken initiative in developing training programs within the non-biddable team, and across GroupM Agencies’ stakeholders
- Reported on the first 12 months progress and set the objectives for the next 12 months
**What will you be doing?**
- Be the hands-on leader; leading engagement with the GroupM agencies management teams to understand their clients’ needs and at the same time acting as the regional leader of the non-Biddable team at GroupM Services
- Establish a culture of excellence and gold-standard delivery, leveraging existing Talent and the recruitment of specialists
- Ensuring training and career development skills are fostered to support Group and individual’s growth plans
- Working with agencies’ stakeholders, create a ‘one-team’ mentality that ensures a consistent level of excellence across GroupM Services
- Assessing process and structural improvements, and where possible, leveraging technology to automation
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and analysis to explain key performance and leading indicators.
- Identify, resolve and pro-actively manage business challenges

- Demonstrated ability to deliver ‘service excellence’ to customers
