Regional Technical Service & Development Leader

The APAC region is a key market for our company's Water business, with rapid growth expected in the technical service and development sector. We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our TS&D team across Asia Pacific.

This leadership role involves managing a team of over 15 technical professionals across 10 countries, focusing on products such as Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, Ion Exchange Resins, and biological treatments like MBR and MABR, supporting various industrial, municipal, desalination, and life science markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and empower the APAC TS&D organization to support commercial and marketing teams in achieving business objectives through strategic execution.
  • Collaborate with global R&D and marketing teams to drive end-to-end innovation from ideation to commercialization, following our management framework.
  • Develop regional technical capabilities through lab infrastructure enhancement and technical skill development, aligned with the Global TS&D Capability Development Roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Biology.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical or application development within water treatment or advanced materials sectors.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles involving people and organizational development.
  • Proven strategic thinking and ability to deliver business results.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific up to 30% of the time.
