Job Title: Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Centre Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance programme planning, curriculum development, and health & safety procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure seamless centre operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through active network building.
  • Possess a genuine passion for empowering children and be a self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ensure the overall smooth operation of the centre, meet student enrolment targets, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as finance, GIRO reports, and student care fee assistance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma and above or WSQ Student-Care Certified; possessing qualifications in community or social services is an advantage.
  • Excellent work ethics and integrity.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children; those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
