Youth Corps is seeking a dynamic individual to join the team to manage corporate admin and support the Executive Director.

**What you will be working on**
- Scope and responsibilities:
As the Manager for Corporate Admin cum Personal Assistant to Executive Director, you will play a critical role in contributing to the team in the following areas:

- Coordinate the planning for budget and monitor the budget utilisation
- Advise staff on basic procurement procedures
- Work with Youth Corps management to support the welfare of Youth Corps staff
- Oversee the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract management for Red Box
- Support the day-to-day functioning of Youth Corps
- Support the Executive Director in scheduling of meetings and note-taking for management huddle
- Serve as Admin liaison for staff (e.g., HR, Registry and IT)

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing administrative work in support of an organisation
- Self-motivated, resourceful and people-oriented
- Possess good people and communication skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with government finance and procurement procedures would be advantageous
