At REACH Youth Service, we’re looking for a **dedicated and energetic professional**to join our Youth Service team. This is more than just a job—it’s a calling to walk alongside youths through their most transformative journeys.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Social Worker, Counsellor, or Youth Worker, you’ll:

- Deliver impactful casework and group interventions in **community and rehabilitation settings**.
- Engage with youths and families to build trust and co-create meaningful change.
- Facilitate programmes in **Youth Residential Services**, **Singapore Prison Service initiatives**, and **community outreach**.
- Design and lead group sessions tailored to emotional and developmental needs.
- Take ownership of programmes—from planning and promotion to volunteer coordination and impact evaluation.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Qualifications**:Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum 2 years working directly with at-risk youth.
- **Strengths**:

- Fun-loving with positive energy
- Passionate about youth rehabilitation
- Strong communicator and team player
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure
- **Skills**:

- Skilled in case assessment and intervention planning
- Confident in group facilitation and programme management
- Insightful about community needs and service gaps
- **Bonus**:

- Trained in FAST and/or YLS/CMI tools
- Multilingual (English, Mandarin, Malay)
