About the Job Description

We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a team, and overseeing product sales in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives in Southeast Asia.
  • Direct a team of sales professionals in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market share.
  • Manage the sales and distribution of HRWORK's products in Southeast Asia.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher with excellent English language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in overseas sales.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills.
  • Familiarity with regional trade laws and regulations.

Work Setting: Remote. Employment Type: Full-time. Education: Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred).
