Commercial Consulting Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Commercial Consulting team in Singapore. This role will play a critical part in providing strategic leadership at project level and directing the consulting team on specific projects related to biotech, pharma, and medtech space across Japan and APAC geographies.

The successful candidate will contribute to project success by providing thought leadership, reviewing research materials, guiding junior team members, and supervising final deliverables.

As part of the global consulting team, you will work closely with Partners and leaders across geographies to support business development and project delivery.

  • 7+ years' experience in lifesciences, min 4 yrs in consulting in pharmaceutical & biotech industry – focus on commercial & GTM strategy, R&D portfolio evaluation, pricing & market access and market opportunity assessments.
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare environment across JAPAC markets with experience in leading projects in APAC markets.
  • Ability to oversee data analysis, derive insights, and recommend solutions for business questions.
  • Good project management skills including internal team coordination, task assignment, and design and monitor progress of team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in lifesciences or relevant field such as business management.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred for communicating with clients in mainland China.

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
