Senior Data Scientist Position Overview

A position for a Senior Data Scientist to lead data analysis projects, collaborate with business and engineering teams, and drive strategic decisions is available.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing stakeholders, executing small to medium-scale data analysis projects, and presenting business-related analysis to senior management.

  • Executing data analysis projects aligned with business objectives
  • Presentation of business-related analysis to senior management for improvement of adoption, volume, and revenue of investment products
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams to build data pipelines, dashboards, and frameworks for key business metrics
  • Exploration of large datasets to enhance understanding of customer engagement and improve the crypto business
  • Insightful presentations to senior management on business performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Simulation of business decision impact on promotions, pricing strategy, and new products with marketing and revenue teams
  • Actionable insights to improve business performance based on analysis results
  • Design and evaluation of business experiments
  • Maintenance of high-quality, timely, and reliable data processes for informed decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or related field with 3-6 years of experience
  • Strong SQL skills for custom query writing
  • Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau preferred
  • Scripting and data analysis expertise using Python
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and GCP advantageous
  • Interest in marketing, growth, investment, financial sector, or web3/cryptocurrency beneficial
  • Solid statistical analysis understanding
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills for international team collaboration
  • Agility and flexibility in adapting to dynamic environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with product effectiveness emphasis
