Job Title:

Senior Business Intelligence Lead


Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to drive data-driven decision making across our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, data quality management, and team leadership.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current processes and propose automation solutions.
  • Conduct data-driven assessments to identify areas of improvement in work processes.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards for internal reporting.
  • Monitor data quality to ensure consistency across the organization's reporting metrics.
  • Resolve data-related issues and discrepancies in the system.
  • Assist in generating recurring reports and fulfilling ad-hoc analysis requests from stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose data solutions, and communicate insights in an actionable manner.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
