Job Overview:
PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive in Customer Experience and Data Management to join our team.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled individual to handle incoming hotline calls from customers, conduct phone interviews, and manage respondents' queries.
- The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer experience, meet daily and weekly KPIs, and maintain accurate and reliable data.
- This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling escalated cases, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a focus on quality, and exceptional listening and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming hotline calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Conduct phone interviews and gather information from respondents
- Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate and reliable data through data entry and administrative work
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve escalated cases and improve processes
Requirements:
- Singaporean citizenship or residency
- Diploma or A-levels in a relevant field
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $35,000 - SGD $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Working Conditions:
- Office locations: Clarke Quay and Novena
- Full-time position with regular working hours
