- This is a key role in the business where you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing business requirement documents, and collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.
- As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, supporting the development of business requirement documents and functional specifications, and collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile methodologies.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT deliverables. You will monitor project progress and maintain updated documentation and status reports, analyze data from various sources to support informed decision-making, and contribute to testing activities by creating test cases and performing UAT.
In this role, you will participate in meetings and workshops to understand current processes and propose improvements. You will also be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and requirements management tools.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Contribute to strategic business initiatives by analyzing business requirements and developing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
- Develop your analytical and problem-solving skills through challenging business analysis projects.
