Job Title: Manager, Incentives Management

Leverage your expertise in incentive management to drive strategic growth and deliver exceptional results. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Levy and Incentives Management Division.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting various incentives programmes, augmenting operational efficiency, and improving service delivery in funding administration.

  • Engage with training providers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation in grant administration
  • Assist in the management of outsourced service partners
  • Work on large datasets to perform data extraction, collation, tracking, and analysis
  • Collate data and statistics, preparing information for reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • The required competencies to execute job duties proficiently
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations, or project management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, within a team, and across teams
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
  • Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training is an advantage
