Early Childhood Education Director

The Early Childhood Education Director oversees the day-to-day operations of designated centres, ensuring seamless execution and high organisational standards.

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational performance benchmarks.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, parents, and external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors and Programme Staff to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.
  • Provide regular coaching and motivation to boost staff performance and engagement.
  • Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres to optimise learning outcomes.
  • Offer guidance and counselling to students and staff facing behavioural or disciplinary challenges.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management.
  • Plan, organise, and execute annual events and centre activities to promote employee engagement and community connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Possession of relevant certifications in Student Care or Early Childhood Education.
  • Leadership experience in Early Childhood settings is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple centres and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting staff development.
