Early Childhood Educator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and conferences to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Utilize positive discipline techniques to create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Ensure the upkeep of classroom resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
  • Creative and inspiring with loving energy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in educational development
