We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual who can craft compelling narratives about our employer brand and secure top-tier talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective hiring plans that meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and advanced internet sourcing to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and targeted advertising efforts.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience by developing compelling job descriptions, conducting thorough interviews, and providing regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, graduate hiring programs, and internship opportunities to promote a culture of inclusivity and equal employment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for technology and innovation, combined with a strong understanding of tech roles, such as AI Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Delivery Leads.

Your Profile:
  • 2-3 years' experience in tech recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced tech firm or consultancy.
  • Background or exposure to computing, design, or high-tech domains.
  • Strong knowledge of tech roles and industries.
  • Able to manage high-volume hiring when required.
  • Track record of hiring top-tier tech talent.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across teams.
  • Team player with a great sense of humour – we work hard and have fun doing it.
