Job Title: Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the permanent recruitment activities of a Technology Team. He/She handles the end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to hiring. He/She supports the manager in implementing recruitment strategies and sourcing for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing high calibre candidates and screening CVs
  • Conducting telephone interviews and assessments
  • Building rapport with candidates
  • Ensuring good communication with candidates at all times
  • Maintaining administrative records and updating candidate information

Assisting with advertising new vacancies and managing responses effectively. Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone manner and confident on the phone
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with high volumes of work
  • Previous experience of screening candidates in a recruitment environment
  • Team player
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
