Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate assessment to interviews and offer management.
About the Role:The position plays a crucial organizational role by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. Our mission is to identify, attract, and retain top-tier tech talent that aligns with our values, culture, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, including candidate assessments, interviews, and offer management
- Source top talents using creative techniques and identify passive candidates via different platforms
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding to acquire suitable talents for the organization
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering and technology space
- Good understanding of the tech recruitment market
- Independent and creative thinker
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude
- Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
Prior experience in E-commerce or tech startups is a plus.
